- Searching for employees to hire.
- Conducting personal interviews and selecting and appointing new employees.
- Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or assignments.
- Track employees’ monthly vacation balances.
- Responsible for investigations inside the call center and implementing the sanctions list.
- Manage employees’ contract renewals. Responsible for obtaining the health insurance card for employees in the call center
- Deal with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
- Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips.
