  1. Searching for employees to hire.
  2. Conducting personal interviews and selecting and appointing new employees.
  3. Complete the procedures for new hires and termination procedures.
  4. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or assignments.
  5. Track employees’ monthly vacation balances.
  6. Responsible for investigations inside the call center and implementing the sanctions list.
  7. Manage employees’ contract renewals. Responsible for obtaining the health insurance card for employees in the call center
  8. Deal with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
  9. Prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips.
